2. Products & Purchases
By placing an order for products (Laptops, PCs, Components, Smart Home Devices) through our Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of high-demand items (e.g., GPUs).
- Pricing: Prices are quoted in the local currency and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
3. Warranty & Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. All hardware sold by Geek Grid Ltd comes with a standard manufacturer warranty.
Warranty Policy
New products typically carry a 12 to 36-month warranty depending on the manufacturer. Please retain your digital receipt for warranty claims.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
